I have used JB Weld when I had a pulse fitting fail. Think I got a few years out of it, just built it up all around the fitting. Never failed, just redid it when I had cases apart.
Rreally, so I can open
My ebox and change the curve in my Enhancer by hooking up a computer.......
I think you are confusing the fact that the mfg creates a curve (programmed) vs being able to change the curve. That the point. You can only run a CDI that does not have adjustibility.
"Yamaha model CDI units may be modified or aftermarket provided ignition timing is not manually adjustable. Yamaha units which do not have 760 cylinders may use an IJSBA approved programable ignition so long as charging features are maintained."
I dont see where the confusion is. Plain...
I would stick with your SJ. How long have you been riding? Sounds like this is all you need. Honestly, I went through 2 SJ's, then a Carbon Freak, now an Edge. I could easily go back to a SJ. They dont done any one thing great, but it does everything good..........
Short hulls to not "Chase Boats" really well in my opinion. I have an Edge, can chase a boat ok, but if it is moving at a faster speed, it is harder to race up to get in front than like on a SJ. SJ hard to beat!
Terry (WFO) can explain it better, But it has to do with the way the porting works. With Reed cases and Cylinders, the Skirts act as windows to help with the flow of the fuel air charge. From the Intake Stroke to the Exhaust Stroke. On intake stroke, the skirting will block the exhaust...
1500 is just so damn big!
I know, they dont ride as big as they feel. but my back hurts just thinking about unloading on onto shop stand to store in my shop.
