Did you collect Data before you did these mods. RPM, Top Speed? With having these 2 data points, after you make any mods, this is when you can tell what the gains are........... Each small mod, may not do much, but when the sum are added up, you can end up with a larger overall...

You need some pool hose. Run both. You will need to grind out the hull so the tubes will clear. This is how your hull with get air for your motor.

people have been doing 750 swaps into 550's for years. No difference. Just got to find a tall prop.

New props sometimes tend to tap the wear ring some until they "break in" if the clearance is really tight...... Try reinstalling and test out.

If you look at the port roof, it angles down a bit, so by over boring, you are effectively lowering the roof the the port window. But this is a minuscule amount.
