Someone else had cut the stator harness at some point... The connections were all corroded so I redid them and put heat shrink on each one. I just didn’t have any heat shrink large enough to cover all the wires.
Should I be worried about this?

Got my engine cases all painted and everything should be ready to assemble! I’m pretty stoked on how it turned out. It was a b*tch to mask everything off but it paid off in the end. Big thanks to @yurkanip for blasting the cases!

Finally got my pump built. Thanks to @JetManiac and @McDog for pointing out the problem with my other impeller. I ordered up a hooker 9/15 from JM and it is looking much better! Thing looks sexy!

Are they oem plug boots? If so check the little coil deal that connects the plug wire core to the spark plug resistor. I had one of those break on me from vibration. They are super flimsy deals. A set of msd plug boots would help your cause for sure, they use a more sturdy stamped metal connector
Check the red wire in the Ebox that has the fuse. Your fuse could be bad. Or the wire could have a short in it. This happened to me once, I put a voltmeter on everything I could think of just to find out that the red wire had been pinched at one point and a short developed. Easy fix if this is...
Has anyone heard of the Wasserjet? Apparently it’s a rotary motor that fits superjet style setups. I seen them on the web a bit but have never heard of anyone running one in their ski.
Depends on temp and daily barometric pressure as well. Pressure variations with altitude are nonlinear. There are online calculators you can use to estimate it
