That intake manifold looks like it’s from a 650 (6m6). The 61x intake manifold has a sort of raised beveled profile that sits above the bolt mounting surfaces. 650 intakes are flat all the way across (same profile as bolt mounting surfaces). Finally finished this project. The reveal went great and my sister in law is stoked. Taking it on the water tomorrow for the first rip. I’ll take some better pics tomorrow in the sun. Note to self, footholds suck and I will never turf them again

Do you still have the 2 hoses on the hood baffle? Make sure they are long enough. Might be dumping water near your carbs after the sub. I’ve had the same issue
