I used dish foam and the contour gauge to get the seems tight. Thinkin of you Don.

Started with a template. And another, and so on. 4th try on the first side . 1 on the second side.

And now, back to the beginning. I wanted practice turfing foot holds. You know take my time, figure it out. I ordered turf in March, was told 4-6 weeks. Took 16 weeks. Chinese fire drill spoiler. 4 day turf marathon. I started with this, was suprised to get these cuts.

I was putting on Pos starter cable and my pinchy tool kept cocking the nut, so I did this, worked friggin great! Small victories..... too much time in the shop.

I'm gonna try this. Flash-FX thinks it's gonna break. I did trim the fittings. Mass reduction ? Maybe it'll hold.
