Depends on temp and the type of hardener used. In hot weather, fast cure kicks really really fast and gets hot, slow cure is slower doesnt get as hot and extra slow is extra slow and wont build much heat, but still gets warm. All west system. Six10 is just extra slow hardener, west, and...

Not really, but i could setup a hull buyer with an extra hood so they could make their own.

2-3/8" hose from mcmaster, prolly to late if hull hole is 2.5" already. Flows plenty of air for my dual carb setup. Order long 3'+ per side, shove em way up in there.

Last hull that i have, others all sold already. White gel coat, 105 pounds, 144 pump shoe, titled, 2 motor mount positions (gp800 or SJ midshaft) Builds as easy as a superjet. Also comes with a white chin pad. , located in west michigan.

I run breathers tubes down each side of the water box. All controls/cables run down starboard side, trim & hot grip line down port side since trim tubes are typically on that side of the midshaft.

About -3" total now, last version was about -1.3"

Another thing to keep in mind, the nozzle mounting tabs are thinner on some couches, so when your mixing parts, those nozzles can also require more shims. Good way to tell is the mounting ears are squared off versus rounded on some nozzles. Those nozzles require 4mm of shims just to equal a sj...
