iv cut them back and it ran. good but then stoped and now it runs when it wants to. what can it be s/s, stator, cdi?

i ran only front exhaust only and its great. loud and deep. sounded great with my 650 but its to loud with my 701 with a type 4

i have a 61x with a type 4 and a pro tec cdi. it runs like ********. didnt want to go at all and barley got up on plane. and now has no spark. the spart comes and goes every min or so. i need help. already changed the coil.

yah he was with me all weekend and i have the same problem. it starts and dies. and runs like **** set up 701 stock head type 4 dry pipe single 44 and a strait pitch prop the 650 hes running was my old motor and it ran great. we pulled it and swaped it to his ski and hasnt ran good since

i lied it was a bad starter relay

sar steven was having that same problem when i went to move his two weekends ago it was a bad concetion on the starter i belive

i belive i fixed it. i took the s/s switch off and started it and it runs fine now. my lanyard wasnt pulling the button up enough so it would die out. i zip tied it up. seems to be good

how do u test the stator and she ran fine last weekend
