I agree but I bet the IJSBA doesn’t see it that way at all. We all need to ask for clarification during the rules period in late December or early January

Hopefully this will get approved for IJSBA lites racing. Technically it is not legal with the programming input. I know the MSD has a positive red wire that isn’t on the OEM cdi but that’s not considered an input/output by IJSBA.

Yes I did. I didn’t have to but there was a time I was using them on my blaster and that has a remote pump with a Novi vapor separator so it’s mandatory with that setup.

Single feed and dual pulse. Only ever ran dual feed on 50’s on my 8mm dry piped race boats. I like to use the petcock so I keep it to single feed with normal builds.

On that setup I ran dual because each carb had a pump. Yes you could easily convert to one using oem backs

A little daylight is normal. Suck on them and they should close. They are also molded (layered) with a curve and coated. Maybe for last ditch hours it’s ok to flip but you may see daylight on the sides which isn’t good and won’t seal as well

There was brand new 2019-2020 SJ take off poles on eBay for 200 I think and 50 for pad. Note steering and spring was included. Then buy a bracket (watcon) for that pole and you have a nice new setup way better

68 is the 61x/62t stock stroke

6460 was best I saw and if I recall it was April/March. 50f water or so and 60-70 air temp I would assume 6350-6450 norm depending on sea level and weather. Oh also BMI will affect rpm more than weather. Lol.

Mine 14’ 100% out of the crate full tank gas NO mods at all 6460 in Michigan.

That looks like ADA dome. That must be a newer Greater head after the racing head. Not a traditional during racing days pretty sure ada made that as private label for greater this Ada domes

Pop a dome out - so we can see side and top If it’s the traditional greater dome same as about 15 other billet heads. Protec still sells them. Cool, protec, Blowsion, JSU, kommander, watcon,UMI,speedwerx,east coast, Rius and a few others use same dome. note: NOT Riva or ADA
