    38mm SBN questions (NOT OEM's)

Yes an upgrade IMO. I will be selling mine with a ported epoxy filled manifold and with custom turned airhorns and filters. I will post here in a few days with pictures...

    Knee Replacement

A guy in our region races with 1 replaced knee and just went under the knife for second. He still rides great! Oh he’s well into his 60’s Now. What about replacement ankle? That’s newer but curios….

    Vomiting Carbs

I would go lean until it can’t accelerate from zero or 1/8 idle. Read that link or the Mikuni manual. I still think you’re pig rich. Swap it around 115 L and 135 H (if you have the jets). Then try running from there

You’re getting closer. Keep going leaner. Also on pipe. Kawasaki 650 parts. The black rubber bushing and metal inserts are 650 exhaust parts.

Equal parts the mach 2 will beat any B pipe all day long. Mach 2 only. It was a superstock race pipe.

    Vomiting Carbs

I run a single restrictor jet (carbs drilled) so I try to get them (pop off) real close to each other. Also - I'm going to guess the OP is rich by 15+ total points give or take. 115 (gold or bright zinc/chrome look) , 80 (black/dark) , 65 (shortest & silver) are springs that are wound with...

    Vomiting Carbs

I would keep your 2.3's, make sure they are not shot and maybe even 2.0's if your into tuning. (that's me) I own multiple 60+ MPH standups and none of them require 2.5's even with 46 Mik's or Novi 50mm Carbs. Only time I ever "needed" 2.5 was racing with MS109 fuel or in my race only...

    Vomiting Carbs

Doubt it. You have described other fundamental issues. Did you check those orings around seats? I had some fail this year that caused fueling issues. They dry out and let fuel by. What needle/seat size are you using? If it’s small and you’re using the real small spring to get the pop off...

    Vomiting Carbs

21 psi is a what most would consider a “low” pop-off with oem 46’s. Based on the very little info posted I sure wouldn’t go lower Also airfilter styles have an affect on the pop-off circuit As other have said over propping can get you in a place you can never get it correct. 10/16 hookers...

    Zeel Y62T question

Sorry my post was strictly aftermarket (Horror of aftermarket) My question is around the reliability of the 62t zeel now that it’s been out over a year. Early Vilders worked for most us in mid late 90’s (small purple versions by Kova?). The early Enhancers, in the 90’s, lasted for the most...

    Zeel Y62T question

Hows the reliability been on these 62T units? I've been around long enough to remember the 30 years of horror with 61X/62T CDI's.....only aftermarket CDI that worked real good for me and others was the early "first" purple Vilders. Then I had one of the first prototype advents that worked...

I’m calling them tomorrow and see but not getting my hopes up. There business is small compared to 20 years ago

WTB one - V force 3 cage outer

Wanted to buy just an outer or just one cage. Mine must of been dried out because it barely took any pressure when changing pedals and it broke off super easy.

    Which head is this?

Protec and Blowsion have them in stock for the most part. protecs are same as race style back in the day. Blowsions have gone a little simpler with less cutbacks in water area. Both same squish pattern.

    Which head is this?

That was an extremely popular head in 90’s/2000’s. Sold under at least 10-12 different brands/names. Protec and Blowsion domes fit it. ADA won’t. Interested in selling or trading for something?

Fuel Range for the 4 Stroke SJ

When we all go out chasing each other a full 760 Lites superjet and a new superjet with tune seems to be real close on fill up amounts when we return to launch. This is chase the leader style riding with about 8-10 of us. Lites and 4S have to get fuel at same time.
