Looking for a A/M Jetski Hull

EME Carbon mix ROID hulls in stock here, and on sale. They are short, light (70lbs) and ride very flat. Flat water flip able properly set up. Eric came to one of rides a few years back, and we had 6ft surf in Lake Michigan. He had no troubles tearing it up in the surf on his personal ROID...

    750/550

We have built MANY conversion skis. 750's, and even 800's with modified 650 pipe, dried out lengthened/tuned, ext. Mid 50's with a 750 pump. I like the Super trapp water box, 18 discs with washers between the discs to space out more. A stock 550 waterbox is going to be way to restrictive for a...

    Mag pump and impeller pitch

Both Solas, and Skat pumps have a large 75mm hub, you will need an impeller to match that. (IE Large hub Solas, hooker, or C-75 Skat) The 12-vein pumps are more efficient, and will load your engine harder. A large hub impeller is more efficient, and will also load harder. You will most likely...

Might as well start the Roid Build Thread

I fill everything in, and then use a grinder with a large disc to sand/grind flat until the pump sits/seals perfect. It is time consuming though. You want zero issues, cavitation etc. for your ski to perform.

    Superjet midshaft greasing question

Hard to say if grease is seeping out because you pumped too much, OR cause your seals are old/worn. Your housing looks pretty nice in your pics, as long as your bearing is not loose/sloppy I would guess you are ok.

(Want to Buy) 61x Jetinetics Flywheel

Stator is different Diam. They do NOT interchange without changing everything out.

    62t vs 61x Electronics Compatibility

Yes. They are compatible. Going by memory, I believe the rev limit on the 6m6 CDI is just a little lower than the 61x. Stator, VR, coil, start relay etc is all the same.

    Superjet midshaft greasing question

Yes, you "can" over grease the housing, and push the seals out. Sounds like this didn't happen to you. The grease only goes between the seals to help keep water out, as the bearing is actually a sealed bearing. Your ski is old, and I am sure your seals are worn some allowing grease to...
