I am betting you used an aftermarket / non OE Start solenoid? You need a genuine Yamaha one. All others are junk.

Sorry, but That whole set up is just wrong..... I do not see how your head pipe is getting ANY water. "IF" Someone has modified the exhaust gasket for it gets water from the manifold, that too is just wrong..... Do you have 2 lines coming in from the pump? If so you can run two lines in to...

I use our SN pole spring, upside down with the end cut off. Pole will float, and stay up. I also recommend a limit rope.

Case Sealer is slippery, and acts as a lubricant, even AFTER it dries. You should never put sealer on the seals. Seals are designed to go in dry, and do just fine doing so. No need to add sealer....

Do NOT put case sealer on the seals. Seals go in dry. Adding sealer can cause them to come out actually.
