Also, the circitry of these two carb companies are completely different. these are not just bored out carbs with a fancy throttle plate.

Unfortunately i got the opportunity to test both the new full spec 49s and new novi 48s. Ski specs 1000cc dasa billet motor Total loss 148 mag pump Power factor pipe I received the 49s and put them on my setup and the ski just wouldn't respond well and didnt have the power of what a 1000cc...

press the start button with the volt meter on the battery... see how much it drops.. it shouldnt drop much if anything at all. if it drops a lot the battery is dead. a click sound is a sign for the bad solenoid or a seized motor. 12.5 is more then enough volts to turn the motor over
