Just a suggestion for SEO (search engine optimization), in Drupal you can change your URLs from that node stuff to the actual name of your page. So, instead of this URL http://www.daytonafreeride.com/?q=node/1 You'd have http://www.daytonafreeride.com/event Pretty easy to do. Just look for URL...

If "feeling threatened" is the only criteria needed to justify this kind of thing I can't see anyone ever being charged, because you could never prove that a person didn't feel threatened. Even with a shot to the back of the head. IMO
