Two Questions for you......... 1) What did your final dimensions come out to be? 2) is there a reason for the 45* cut on the back of the rail? I would think that it would tend to make the back of the ski spin out easier. I did something similar to my X2 and when I cut the rear of the bond rail...

I think most of the trinity's use a wider bond rail with the 45* sides. I dont have any rails right now anyway, so I figured its a good enough time to try it out

I was planning on doing this mod on my build and adding another inch, and instead of 90*, I was going to do a 45* rail like the Matrix hulls. They make it sound that its good for white water in surf, and it seems I am always there

I have had it done. Mine was the worst. The cyst went down to my tail bone and I couldn't sit before the surgery. I was out for two weeks and I had the hole where the cyst was sown shut for two weeks with what looked like paracord. YouTube the surgery for a good watch.

Oh and I forgot! It does actually work good under water too. I have taken alot of video and pictures underwater Of the kids swimming and they come out great! It all depends on how clear the water is

Not a problem, I have been playing with mounts and such. On some of the videos, it's a suction cup mount, and on the helmet cam, it's Velcroed to my helmet. A screw would be better. I have better footage I never uploaded to YouTube because, well, it was boring. I think the shakiness was worked...

You can! It's huge! This was my first hobby, so I've topped out. I have moved a bunch of tanks for people in a day no problem, this will take a few with a couple trucks and trailers. That was a old photo, now it's heavily stocked.

I have the 3 model and it works good. It doesn't have a wide angle lens on mine, but that's the only downfall. I've taken mine on the ski, look up my YouTube videos and you can see the quality there

Ill be wet alright! 500g+ of salt water, if I put it on the ground, I could drive in it. Oh well daytona is still just a short drive, this summer.....

Well, after planing all year to go, and have a ski ready, looks like I have to move into my new house the week before, and the weekend of the ride, I need to move my aquarium out of my old house, and into my new one. Some one get me a shirt!

spent some more time working on the hull, just a bit more turf, then its time for tubbies, and widening the bond rail! I think I am going with the 2 on the top to 3.25 on the bottom

I dont know for sure, but I know the stock bracket fits in there nicely with no issues. My only problem I see (look at pics) is that if I go over .25, I am pushing it close to the edge of everything
