I have a new set of Raider mount's I am going to use in my new boat! I don't have your skill's to destroy mount's so probably overkill anyway and wasted effort haha but oh well what the hell huh lol
Unload the pump first that's easy and affordable try it out all you want is lowend hit anyway.
It is like putting 4:56 gear's in a small block it will be impressive off the line but no topend.
I was going to mention unloading the pump a little like Kevbo said. Tanner has a 62T in a SN and we got it to hit better at a lower rpm with higher compression but unloading that pump will make quite a bit of difference. Bore the nozzle.
Once Anodizing dull's you can't do anything with it except strip it off and either reanodize it or just polish the aluminum but it will be high maintenance polished
I ended up going with the drypipe liner in a Razor hood and I also noticed that on the Razor hood the hand hold's are farther forward to clear the pipe rather than like the Diablo hood. We will see I guess  I have my finger's crossed lol
I appreciate all the info Guy's Thank's
A new ski is $8,000.00 ! A new parted out hull will bring you say $2,000.00 at the very most! I would think you could buy a nice motor and pump for $6,000.00 and it would not be a bone stock setup either,Unless I am missing something ? :Eyecrazy:
Post some info on the ones you used, Yeah you can't go wrong using a check valve. I was surprised how little pressure it takes to open these but that's because they are designed for bildge pump's
