hey i just jetted my 46s for my 6mm stroker and bpipe. 122.5 main, 115 pilots, 2.3 n/s, 80g spring 1 turn out bottom, 3/4 top. runs mint! idles great and hits like a hammer. your jetting seems awfully rich to me. good luck man

buy a couple air filters and be done with it. or find 2 squarenose single carb STOCK flame arresters and bolt one to each carb. you will just need to remove the red adapters. easy, i promise

i think theres a reason a whole lot of race cars, boats, trucks ect all have msd ignitions...and pretty much all msd ignitions feature multiple spark discharge. cuz it WORKS. bottom line, muliple hotter spark will always beat a single weaker spark. especially in any high compression or boosted...

plastic fittings are fine. they use them in all sorts of boats and as long as you dont smash it with a hammer it wont break.

u can get em at almost any boat store for a couple bucks. 1 1/8'' is the size u need for a rule 1100.

if the rads are good, id run those. stock ones do just fine but the metal petals arent worth the risk on a motor you spent money on. imo

hehe i know i was too. seriously. a little oil down the carb while its running will work better then any other method. that way u get the crank and small end bearings. pouring oil down plug holes doesnt do much. just runs into the ex port or down the intake ports and never really does much. just...

he said only do it if you have a temp sensor and rev limiter!! he didnt give the procedure for the rest of us!! we need answers. is there any other ways to make fogging way more complicated then it should be?!

im in the same boat as a few here. i dont fog it everytime, but if i know im not riding for a week or so i throw some oil down the carbs. it really is probly not nessicary but it makes me feel better. i also silicone spray the engine bay after each ride too. keeps everything clean. also the hood...

i duct taped right over the 3 holes. never had a problem.

or buy an old one...cheap.. and hog it out yourself. if you know how to do heli-coils that also gives you an advantage. i got my stripped out mani for 60 bucks. 3 heli-coils, a bit of porting and some powdercoat and it looks better then new!

I was rollin my sj last summer. 701, drypipe, hooker, ada and holds. Hell my buddy was rollin a kawi sxi! you dont need crazy hulls and motors to do tricks...you need practice and a decent set-up you feel comfortabe on. Crazy hulls and huge motors are just bragging rights for most...
