Is it worth it to change out the stock waterbox? if so which waterbox will make anymore power on a piped,carbed,milled and lightnened flywheeled 650sx without getting toomuch louder?
SCORE! put a factory pipe on it mill the head rejet it if it needs it and that thing will rip. You could just get a new stock handlepole. But I've heard like the 440 550's the break like that? you could get braces for it i'm sure they have them. Also if it doesn't have it a pole spring to make...
will it work the 38sbn into a 38bn not seeing how even if I cut it off and thread it, I still need the idle stop bar I'm thinking the strain of the spring with out the bar might cause premature breakage.
Ah might just cut a little off were it hooks up to the cable and weld some thread on there...
There wasn't any problems It's faster and handles better than a 550. It at the time was the first of the tank generations. You probably just need a new carb. Plus the pole is strong to begin with hence a tank
