Whatever direction your turning put that foot in the front of the tray. Outside foot stays at the rear to keep the back corner planted. To help with the proposing get an intake grate that has a scoop on it. It will keep the ski hooked up.

Don't ask me mthomps. Ask a hull builder. If I were doing it I would do it with polyester. That's just me.

Yes. That's what they were made with but epoxy is still the best. Damn near 5 times stronger. I'm pretty sure they were the only yamaha stand ups that were hand laid cloth.

You should have just used some tape and made new ones.

The only thing he did was cut the water jacket off and turn this into a wet pipe. I'm not sure of his plans with the water jacket portion of the pipe

2 layers should be good. I did this same thing to mine. 2 layers inside and epoxy fill on outside and it has been strong for 2 seasons now.

Do two layers of the 1208. 1 that covers the Crack 1 inch all around and the second piece that covers the 1st piece with an extra 2 inches all around
