There's more glass work behind the mid staff. And the gas tank mounts have been move future back too. I know it's a GP 760 top deck...I wish I could figure out what the bottom deck was.

LoL!! I'm buying your motor..the 61x/crank cases were given to me for free. I don't trust JB weld in fear my motor will blow up. My 650 will be a good back up motor or I can build another ski!!:icon16: This is what happened the last time I tried JB weld on an engine

I'm resealing my crank case. How much Yama bond should I use to seal my cases back? Also, does it go on the top and bottom case, or just one of the cases, does it matter which one I start with? And can I use a small amout of oil to lube up the lips of the seals before I put my crank back in the...

Well it looks like I have a crack in my crank case. My 650 only has 6hrs on a rebuild too. It so happens.. I have a complete 61x bottom end with new guts and want to put my top end (650) on the 61x cases. The topend is bored 1 over, I have a b-pipe, tdr waterbox, stock(oem) 44 carb, 16.5 pitch...

I put a new fuel filter on after I cleaned the carbs. Went riding for about 2 hrs and the filter is full of junk...I replaced all the fuel lines and I'm going to clean the tank out tonight.

I just completely bypassed it...I wouldn't have ever expected the switch to be bad. I guess i learn something everyday

Well this is a first for me..I bought a 90 Sj with 5hrs on a fresh engine(tiny tack says 5hrs). I went to Winter Haven fl to pick it up. The guy said he only rode once a year and in fresh water only. I get the ski back to Panama City Fl and go to drop it in the lake for a ride and the dang thing...
