Attention to detail like that will hopefully change the game and builders won't just throw a chunk of soft aluminum in their hulls, drill the holes wherever seems like the right place, all while expecting aluminum to hold threads in an application...

I've been thinking about mounting mine like this. The only thing I am worried about is having a little room left behind the dash for mounting a primer. It looks like you have room for that?

The infused mounts look awesome! Are they brass? I think you addressed the biggest potential problem in many aftermarket hulls: the inserts. Aluminum inserts is not a good choice IMO for anyone who plans on installing and removing the pump assembly repeatedly, IE: fine tuning prop and nozzle...

Boats yes, stand-ups not so much. In my (limited) experience.

Go to Table Rock. Last time I was there I rode with like 14 other stand-ups. It was a great time.

Judging by the picture of your hull you could start an "assemble" thread rather than a "build" thread. It looks awesome, and looks like all the tough stuff is already done. IE: turf, bypass locations, handle pole bracket mounting holes, and I'm guessing it comes with a shoe installed. I'm jealous..
