Well I got it to run again. I'd like to say it took a lot of investigatory work and major tweeking, but the truth is, I just checked the check valve, charged the battery overnight, made sure the fuel selector was on ON, and cranked the engine over for about 2 minutes. Fired up and revs up fine...

The weight of the hull sunk? It's far more than the ski is when it's dry. Add up to 200lbs on top of normal weight! I would go the pool noodle route

I did not reuse the cut off ends. You could though. It's pretty straight forward once you start the process
