Guys , I fitted a replacement bendix. Now I spot a flat washer on the starter side of the one I removed , I think...! I also changed the bendix on a waveblaster 800 a while back and the washer is on one of them , don`t know which one is from the fx1. Should there be a washer on the fx1...

Guys , one of my plug caps split so I ordered a pair of the same part no (NGK LB05EMH). They are similar , same colour , waterproof but more compact than the originals and the part that pushes down over the plug is 1/2 inch shorter... If I install same do you reckon I will have any problems ...

Would the same piece of exhaust pipe (between the muffler and the waterbox) also be fitted to the older square nosed superjet 701s... ?

I fitted one a while back , but it was on a 144mm pump.

Its a 46mm mikuni carb , as far as I know there is one low/idle adjuster and one high. I was working nowhere near the carb , so i`d imagine I couldn`t have disturbed any of it.. Will check the free play , thanks..

Had to replace the bendix , while I was at it decided to upgrade to a RN aluminium waterbox. I was careful working around the stator, etc. Now it is ticking over at around 2,500 rpm , and adjusting the low idle screws on the carb does not seem to make any notable difference.. Any ideas on how...

Did you have to shorten the pipe at the exhaust end of the waterbox , or just jam it in..?

Do any of you guys know if the waterbox builds up a lot of heat with normal use....? Reason for asking is I am trying to wedge in an aluminium unit from a 2004 superjet. It looks like it will fit in , but its going be tight and at a bit of a weird angle , and i am a bit concerned about it...
