Well your pump would be fine. And mid shaft talk to @JetManiac and get the rebuild kits or have him do it. The rest who cares haha motor mounts and that don't go bad. You should be golden

Are you sure there's no breathers in the hood? When I bought my hull people told me the same thing. I got it and it had breathers. I bought a xmetal pole and have no issues.

I used it on my last build. I believe it was two parts to it. I removed the outer piece and had to press the shaft in more.
