That's a customers Dasa 950 we just freshened up ad tuned. It runs 48mm Powerbombs and prob gets around 15 minutes of solid stunting on one tank.

I must be doing something wrong. I give the engine the fuel it wants. Sometimes jetting ends up reversed, even, or conventional, but I usually tune each ski on it's own setup. I don't think I've ever intentionally reversed the jets as a starting point. I'm not saying it's not a good idea...

That's why you dry fit the pump first without the seal, you can see what you're working with. Also, common sense prevails when using the method I suggested. You don't want to have to swing off the screw drivers to push the pump in. Obviously if there is a lot of resistance, it's not going any...

If you are talking about getting the pump pushed up against the pump shoe enough...here's what I do. - Flip the hull (you've done this) - Make sure the pump will fit up ok without the pump seal - Fit the pump seal, fit pump - Get some large philips head screw drivers that are slightly smaller...

I just replaced a trim ring a turn nozzle on a customers GP1200, it had the rubber extension on the trim ring you speak of. I didn't check but I'm 99% sure these will fit up to our trim systems.

You don't need a huge motor in a Footrocket unless you want to do mostly flat water. I think you'll find the 865 more than enough engine for all round riding.

If you flip the pickup, the timing will be differ between the cylinders by a few degrees. You have to open up the holes on the pickup base, and adjust until you get the timing the same between the two. The encased pickup must be further to one side than the other when potted. Run the wires...
