    SN Kill switch

Is it stainless? It goes around the cable between the zip tie and the housing to keep from pulling the cable out of the housing and breaking the wires off of the switches.

    Light colored premix oil?

Like Big Kahuna said... if it came from the dealer and the fuel still looks it's more natural color then more than likely it's Seadoo 2-stroke oil.

    Blaster First WB2

Wow a modified OEM head... machined to accept an "O" ring set up. Looks like some good machine work. The Oring is for the combustion chamber, that white sealant (looks like 1211) is for the water jacket seal.

Stripped carb screw 44mm sj 650

Like River Rat said... Take a punch the size of the head of that screw. Smack it with a hammer to smash the stripped area back down. Then take a good Phillips head screw driver and smack it the same way as the punch to set a good cross back in the screw head. At this point keep tapping the...

    R&D Head Install - Liquid Gasket & O-rings

The traces of 1211 on the outer area of the cylinder/piston casting is where the previous installer probably caked it up on the head and when it was set on the cylinder and torqued it bled over on to the outer cylinder casting. But you have the right idea. -NOTE: Make sure to clean the bolts...

    R&D Head Install - Liquid Gasket & O-rings

The O rings with grease is all you really need. The older Pro-Tec non girdle head only had the combustion chamber O rings and you used 1211 or Honda bond to seal the water jacket. The R&D should have O rings all around.

Custom/Hybrid Hull inserts. Few options I used on this one

Those are great. I've been cutting those out of the plastic seat base for years. And they already have holes in them for the epoxy to get a better grip.

    Other PROMO CODES/ COUPONS

I just found out today. I've been using them like crazy and just went to buy a TX20HL AGM battery for $102. But with the TRT41 code the battery is only $62. Only to find out that those codes have expired.

Just picked up waveblaster 2 for back up ski

Throwing money at a B2 in performance or aftermarket mods will give you very little gain,... and honestly not worth the money. More bang for your buck would be to sell off all of the 760 motor & elecs. Drop in a Raider 1100 or GP1200 motor.

    Throttle Lever - Adjustments

Your best bet is to do like JetManiac said and install a throttle wheel. They have several holes all the way around the wheel to set your throttle adjustment. That way you won't have your adjustments set all the way to the max.

    Gp800 motor in a sj

I've got the engine that Rius ran, that you are talking about. 66E, upright kit, R&D pipe (modded for the GP800 motor), girdled heads, MSD total loss.

    Blaster Paint or Wrap?

A wrap is great if you have a lot of patience and a good heat gun. Or you could take it to a local MAACO and let them spray it for $250-$400.

    FX-1 restoring plastic

X2 on the heat gun. Been using this trick for a long time. First off... if there is any oxidation on the plastic then you have to scrub and wash it off, (we use a blue 3M non scratch scouring pad). When the heat gun starts to warm up the plastic,... that's when the magic happens. The...
