I get those Bullet connectors and insulators from Japan. I made a good connection when I was stationed there. And they are very cheap $$$ ( and I don't mean in quality).

X2 on that one... A zip tie (on the wiring harness) inside of the switch housing. That little metal bracket keeps you from yanking the wiring harness out of the switch housing.

If I'm not mistaken,... That manifold is based or basically a copy of the early RIVA manifold which also placed the carbs close together.

You are actually testing the voltage after the Reg/rectifier to get the 14 volts or more. The stator generating magnetic voltage will be AC current (green wires) would be around 20v or more at idle.
