Found out why she was still a bit heavy. Someone decided to go a bit crazy with peanut butter and also did not prep. On the other hand, Carter B's rocker nose looks good already! that was just a rough fit as i need to trim etc.
More from this past weekend. Mocked up the pipe to see fitment and it should work with minor altering. Also reinforced the inside with 4 layers of 1208 on the inside.

Little update..........Been ordering some parts and slowly making some progress. I got a Carter B Gen 3 Rocker, Front Foothold, and Tubbies. Also got Hurricane boxes and am going to buy RRP Ninja Footholds to put in the boxes. Now I'm starting to reinforce under the tray and am going to put...
Removed everything from the tray weighed it again. The wet foam/exhaust/cooling lines/scupper etc added up to about 40lbs. Next up is filling all the holes with glass and thickened epoxy then reinstalling all the inserts/lowering the exhaust/installing the scupper and drain plugs.
Made a little more progress this weekend. Taking out the two part foam is definitely not fun. Still need to remove the exhaust and the remaining foam. I am thinking I might rocker the front with a Carter B Gen 3 kit. I will be cutting back the glass over the pump too make it easier to work...
