    Wax exhaust like B pipe

The outlet of the chamber. There's a tube that injects water into the outlet where the exhaust goes into the waterbox both to cool the exhaust hose and actually injecting water into the stinger adds back pressure at the outlet which will increase rpm and horsepower on the top end. When tuned...

    Wax exhaust like B pipe

only one way to route your cooling with a single line, through the engine then through the bottom of the head pipe, out of the top with a tee on the outlet with one end going to a pisser and the other into the stinger.

    Unlimited Fixed hood

Why do that to an fx1? I think this project would be perfect for a sxr1500 hull. You have a lot more real estate to work with. It looks as if you're making a fx1 (rare desirable hull) and turn it into a x2 with a katana seat. I'm all for innovation and creativity but I'm a little saddened to...

Wanted: B pipe header, any condition damaged/stuck screws okay

my pipe definitely gets hot as well as i have the screws just above cracked open. i have the top and middle screw cracked on my engine, around 1/2 turn out combined. i also have 2- 1/2 lines coming from the pump to a manifold so the engine, pipe, and stinger are fed seperately. so the headpipe...

How can you tell that if a B Pipe is for a 1996-2020 SJ700 Super Jet and not the 1993-1995 Super Jet?

The chamber is visibly different. 650 chamber is smoother looking while the newer chambers have some destinct angles in them. The older headpipes only have 2 injection screws with a non adjustable 3rd hole in the bottom..

    Carb Theory & Practice

I bet you could put the 95g spring back in and change the 75 jet in the return for a 80 or 85 jet and it will smooth out for you. The jetting and popoff also affects the fuel pressure as well. Just going from a 70 to 80 return jet made a tremendous difference on my engine..

Wanted: B pipe header, any condition damaged/stuck screws okay

Several different ways to skin a cat none are wrong and everyone has their reasons for why they do things the way they do. I'm sure where the water injection point will work best depends on the entire setup from pump load, jetting, port timing and ignition timing. According to factory pipe who...

    Water ingestion?

I can't really see water backflowing through the headpipe on the bpipe but i have seen orings on aftermarket heads and head gaskets leak water into the engine. Also seen open style flame arrestors cause the same thing as well. I have seen water back up like you're saying with the rrp laydown...

Wanted: B pipe header, any condition damaged/stuck screws okay

The headpipe I saw had the injection point close to where the middle screw is located. A hole was drilled into the water jacket and and into the exhaust stream and welded back solid for a boss to tap. I'm guessing where you drill has a nice solid area to drill and tap into since you did it close...

Wanted: B pipe header, any condition damaged/stuck screws okay

ive seen that modification done before and have strongly considered doing it to my headpipe even though all screws turn. i bet it probably works better than the screws.

    Mat removal

It's not so bad under the tray where turf will cover up any nicks in the tray. The angle grinder with a flapdisk isn't as harsh as you might think. It also removes gel cost quickly.

    Mild WDK ROK Build

A riding friend picked up a brawler recently and seems to really like it. His is carbon with a dasa 950 stroker setup in it. He can flatwater flip it. With some fresh paint and turf, yours will feel and look like a new ski

2008 - 2020 Super Jet: How best to increase tighter nozzle steering

The blowsion HD cable is a lit stronger than a stock steering cable which will make it a little tougher to install. But a great cable. I have one in my ski and it is about 4 years old still holding up well..

2008 - 2020 Super Jet: How best to make ski more nimble/playful ?

The sweet spot on a stock length superjet is to have the bars basically even with the back edge of the hood. As far as bars go, I prefer risers with the ovp steering. I tilt them back around 45 degrees and they feel really comfortable to me that way. I tried 4 degree bars from rrp and found I...

Anyone Fit a Blaster Mod Chamber in a SJ?

You can also use the stock sj stinger to waterbox hose with a bushing on the stinger. I have a tnt ss chamber that is very similar to the blaster mod. You'll need to slightly massage the chamber where it rides against the hull about 2 inches from the coupler ring. I purchased the silicone hose...
