Some interesting responses thus far.
I will ride the surf alone with no problems, I just don't see the Danger in it.
But I would NOT ride flatwater alone....PERIOD!
As far to the "Life" comments.
I rather die "RIDING MY SKI" any day........
Than die floating out there and getting hit by a boat...
Have you talked to this guy?
DO NOT jump to conclusions regardless of what EVERYONE else is telling you.
CALL the guy up and explain the situation and ask for an explanation.
THEN move forward base on what He tells you.
ps: I just read where you talked to him over the phone.

The only way I see for these engines to take off is if Yamaha and Kawasaki get on board.
They have the capacity to place a big order of these engines thus lowering the price.

Hey Zero,
I am a big fan of your Tubbies, I have them on my SN and it change the way that ski handles (like day and night)
I have an idea\request.
Why don't you take your Tubbies to the next level and make them "easier" to install?
Get rid of the regular screws and perhaps use 4 bolt and nuts...
Clean the area by thoroughly sanding the crack, mix thick "peanut butter" and apply it throughout the entire crack, then use 2 layers of 12oz Biax and wrap the entire pole using resin......Do this at the same time so the Biax and the peanut butter chemically bond.
