If you are on windows, open the image in paint, select resize, try 50 percent, select ok and save. if that's not enough, try it again.

As WFO said, there is a filter on the pump side of the carb. It's a very fine screen. It's very common for it to get clogged and create the condition you are describing.

I do a lot of 3d printing and designing. I have prints that have been in service for many years is harsh environments. (dirt bikes, jet ski's etc...).

I suspect most people just run without one. Why will it no longer work?

I did mine at the ramp on the trailer. Make sure it's at a ramp with low traffic so you don't piss any one off. I carried a piece of hose with me to route the water output overboard. I also have a tach so I could set the water to start flowing at my desired rpm. I don't remember what rpm though.

I have Rhaas mounts in my blaster. I had to shim the oem mounts but the Rhaas mounts I did not.
