adding @Quinc We use Prusa Mk3s. .6mm printing nozzle is the key to success. The .4mm printing nozzle makes a weaker part for sure. Layer adhesion is much higher with larger nozzles. Prusa now has preprogrammed profiles in their slicer for using even a .8mm nozzle which is ridiculous and we've...

Haha, I can’t believe how many people have downloaded our nozzle files to 3d print our nozzles themselves. Last time I looked it was more than 250 people. Pretty awesome! We gave the Rooster Shooter some thought, it would be relatively easy to do.

There’s so many avenues to spend our RSKI time, we set up an instagram store which I found to be remarkably painful to sort out through Facebook. But we made it happen. Working on some website redesign, and another website for myself. Also, the normal adulting job. :) Just haven’t had any x-h2o...

It's just not cost effective for us to print these as you have found out. We actually had the most success with PLA which surprises a lot of people because it's pretty inexpensive. Using a .6mm printing nozzle was the key to success, .35mm layer height at 4 outlines, 20% infill if I remember...

Well I do work for a company that builds industrial 3D printers that can 3D print titanium rocket engines :) Maybe I need to bring one of those home.

Our machines aren't large enough for that unfortunately
