Lighter flywheel just requires more throttle input from loads. I remember that feeling...
Check your impeller clearance.
The 750 pumps have a rubber seal. Check it!
650 pumps get sealed in place with silicone. Comparing an SXR 800 to 90s Kawis is apple to oranges. They fixed all the...
Motorsports are already dead, no I don't count UTVs lol.
Look at 1/8 Scale RC Buggies. Electric took over, but Nitro is still alive and well. Now they all race on clay, no dirt. It's like watching F1 with jumps, so boring.
1. Remove the excess Glue bonding the hull bottom and top. 5-10lbs
2. Block the front hood breather and remove most of the inner hood liner, keeping the rear area. Move the second breather to the rear of the hood like the other breather, and cut a second breather hole in the rear. With the fire...
99% of aftermarket hulls never leave the shore's sight. They can swim in. I would never give up having a reserve on my river runners.
Saves your starter. Instead of cranking the engine to run the diaphragm pump in the carb, you can get fuel right near the carb(if you plumbed the primer...
3d printed stuff will not hold up in the long run. This is all too real in the RC realm and other hobbies. My buddy just gave up on 3d printing because parts kept failing.
Sorry to hear about the pup.
Keep up on the build it's great to see the detail you're putting into this! I'm about to go sand some wood putty in the garage.
I went with a JSP Steering Cable.
Attempting to remove the old cable, the Kawasaki TS pump area doesn't have enough room to fit a 27mm Spanner with the pump installed. Thanks Kawasaki, typical Japanese engineering! Only need 2mm more to fit a spanner in there. The Hull is in the way. Maybe...
Woof, sorry to see and hear about your friend. I try to stay away from everyone when I'm riding. It's like Sitdown jet skiers want to be friends and I just run away.
Stand ups, I'll chase miles down river to say "Hello".
Wishing both your friend and ski Speedy recoveries.
DC over long distances can have significant voltage drop. Have you measured the 12 volt output voltage at end of the line? A lower voltage will take longer to charge the battery.
I'm looking at replacing my steering cable on my crusty trusty TS. Wondering if anyone has had issues with the SBT/WSM Steering cables?
It's not about the price. It's about the time it takes to replace the part and reliability.
Thank you
