i got the turf off and i used the muilt tool and it work great.i received the footwell Wednesday and just installed the footwell today.so far i had cut and gutted the foam...here some picture sanded the foam to smooth it out epoxy and screw down till the epoxy dried exhaust side i...

my foothold should be deliver today for my back up ski,i was wondering is there a easier way to remove the hydro turf,so it could be reuse.....

the only stuff i paid for is the drums to bore my nozzle everything else i had laying around in my tool box from my last sport bike build...the season for riding is over so i just decide to learn some stuff and to know what my ski have...better time than winter time....

now that u have mention amsoil hp injector that is the oil i run...i think i'll go ahead and run 40:1 mix and go from there...running at 30's mix maybe to much oil and with the gas prices in summer and using than much oil i'll never get to ride my ski...lol...

didn't mean to open up a can of worm,but i am running amsoil but not what u mention....if u don't mine me asking what do u run?i was thinking of mixing 40:1

now that i got the compression at 185psi, what mix should i run?before the ada head i was running 50:1 w/92 octane(pump gas).do i got to go with a different mix or stay with the same mix?

what are u looking to get for your nozzle?

i try the demel and it took to long,then i remember i have the cutting bit.i still used the demel to smooth the cuts..... here how it turn out i didn't really smooth it out cause from what i read it will work better then having smooth surface so it kind of smooth...don't ask why but i just went...

blue print pump ok did some searching again and found alot good than bad so i went and broke out the demel tool which i think it really suck for grinding down the imperfection on the pump so i went a air tool and a cutting bit...beware if your going to use the bit it cut fast...all in all it...

can u tell what tools u used to blue print your pump?i was thinking about doing this to my main and back up ski...

i could say it's been tested already my main superjet has the same set up and that when i had a stock prop,the only different is the cone,it maybe a blowsion cone idk...,however if my main ski didn't have that set up i wouldn't have done this mod,till i had rode one.all i can say this mod will...

straight bore,pick up a cone from wet wolf today.. hopefully this going to a good combo

it was easy the 36 grit chew up the aluminum pretty quick and when i got to 84.5mm i when and used the 80 grit to cut down to 84.97mm then the 120 to 85.22mm to smooth it out the nozzle...what was cool too,the tool is the same width as the nozzle where we need to bore out.. it took about 2hrs...

by the way and i used 36,80,then 120 grit sand paper all on the tool....

really it look more like a over size dremel tool.....found the tool at harbor freight...and it work pretty good.the bigger one was almost the same size as when the nozzle was stock...
