    I don't know much about those WR3 GP's or the VXR Pros but that pitch still seems really high for a stock SJ. I think you'd be better off getting the OEM SN impeller for super cheap...

    WDK bracket what bolt?

    I'm not sure of the length of the RN bolt but I also have the WDK pole bracket and the stock RN pole bolt fits it perfectly. If I have a chance I'll measure mine tonight.

    So I forgot I picked up a new set of 1.5" Tall Hot Products filters and rain coats to cover them. Not sure if that will make a big difference to required pop-off. What would you guys recommend I aim for-for pop off?

    So, I took apart one of my carbs, nothing stood out that would be an issue. Cleaned it all up again and reassembled, popoff @ 30psi. No leaks, holds all pressure up to around 29psi then pops around 30.

    Just for reference I had 190psi in both cylinders first start, before dissassembly it was 185 in the stator side, and 190 drive side.

    Yup they held pressure, no leaking at all, soon as it hit 31-32psi, they pop and the pressure would drop to less than half and hold again.

    @cookn I soda-blasted my carbs clean, carb cleaner, ultrasonic cleaned, dried, taped everything off, primed, painted, then installed the new carb kits and jets and even new low and high speed screws. The only thing I can think of is either the jetting is wrong or somehow something came loose...

    @WB1994, Ya I have a popoff gauge and I tested both prior to assembly at 32psi each. I believe one was about 1 psi lower but its as close as I could get them. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

    @Quinc , I was doing some reading and groupk mentioned that 83 was the max safe bore on the 61x cylinder. Or 84.5 on the 62t. I'm a little skeptical going any larger, have you seen many people do larger than 83 on a 61x? Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

    110 Pilots, 115 Mains, 2.0 N/S, 115g springs, 30-32psi popoff tested, ~1.5 turns out on HS, ~1.5 turns out on LS. No carbon on the pistons at all which to me meant rich so I tried leaning it out and then it wouldnt idle properly. Its idling rough, hesitation down low, however runs amazing top...
