Was taking with an engine builder that recommends formula 609 to prevent the crank bearings from moving on the locating pins and creating wear on the lower case; mostly in the center where a groove will form. Anybody use red loctite because I heard another builder uses regular loctite...This 609...

This oem crank has only 1.5 seasons on it...there was no water intrusion and I was at pretty low rpm when it broke...take a look at the color of the metal in the crank pin, instead of shiny metal it has a rust color to it ? The motor was always fogged after each day of riding...any guesses why...
Been wondering...have you or someone you know learned their first flip ever in a surf stance ? This would be for guys that only ride surf stance with a front foot hold or strap...How much more difficult would it be to get enough rotation to at least nose it in while learning ?

Riva sells totally SS wear rings for 155mm pumps, they are expensive but last a very long time...Has this idea been explored for 144mm and could they be made out of solid billet ?
I know someone can say it's an expendable saltwater part just replace it when needed...but why not eliminate...

Compared to the blaster 94-96 midshaft bearing which is much wider and double side rollers, was it because the SJ driveshaft is shorter,lighter and tapered thin ? driveshaft stress ? either bearing will work in the housing too...the SJ is single side rollers...Hmmm ? :shrug:
How is the different ignition curves for both cylinders accomplished ? I believe the plug wires are numbered 1&2..but, there is one coil and one pulser coil (pickup coil), so does the 760 CDI control different ignition curves seperate ? Have wondered about this for some time now can you explain...
