I went to a gun show the other day and came across these 20mm ammo boxes.
Besides the paint fading away a bit, they were in excellent shape. The rubber seal is in great condition.
I paint them flat hunter's green since I could not find military green in spray can.

I had built bunks that fit in the bed of my truck to carry 2 Jetskies.
When I had the trailer built, I made sure the bunks would fit in so now I can carry the skis inside the trailer.

This is definitely new.....both the Hull project and the way you think of "financing" each build.
If I may add......you could also use a "Lay away" system. The cost of the build divided by 12 months.
At the end of the 12 months, buyer expects hull and you know you have to deliver.
