I do this too, but I do it to myself every year, and then I've also got to fix it. I never learn, feel like I never have enough time to do what I need anyway, no licoricein idea how anyone has kids.

I like the ingenuity. But for two skis I would probably just get a trailer. I have one ski on a hitch carrier and it's okay, but I think for two I'd definitely just get a dedicated trailer. Pulling one ski on and off every time is enough hassle, couldn't imagine two!

Pretty sure that's Tygon. Not sure how it compares price wise but it's very good fuel line. Not the prettiest but very functional and good quality.

Imo the CF steering would do you really good.

For what it's worth, I really like my CF turnplate on my SJ based, boat chasing hull. Good all round steering IMO with no bearing togo bad, just a bushing.
