    anyone ever compare the performance of a 650 chamber vs. 701 mod chamber on a 701 motor? I got a spare 650 chamber and wondering if it's worth the effort to swap with my limited chamber for a quick test and see if I get more top end.

    The older b pipes with 42mm id were detonation city really... that's not good, but good to know.. mine is an old I would say mid 90's 62T manifold and headpipe. came out of a 94 62T/62T Raider motor. Sold the Raider/Blaster Mod chamber and bought a limited B chamber.

    Helicoils or Timesert? I believe TimeSert will screw right into the M10 X 1.25 hole, will the Helicoil do the same or do you have to drill and tap? also, do you guys use stainless or carbon steel insert. Thanks,
