there alot off things i learn on this build and the most i learn was u got to have a surface that is flat and smooth to lay fiberglass or your going to have air pocket,so i had lay a thin layer off thicken resin on the foam then sand to ruff up and have a flat surface....

got my tray all foam up with the home depot stuff...and 2 part foam to get everything else and got the gunwales all set in and now it has it strength back...
tommorow i will be fiberglassing the tray area
cool...i will remember that before i paint the ski....i was wondering if anybody knows how much should i trim my ride plate.i am not there yet but it would be nice to know when i am at that point...
.......lol......i would like to know what your insight is on why i have to worry about my exhaust being out 2in past the hull and 1 1/2in under the tray...it not to late to shorten the pipe....
thanks,hopefully the drain plugs come in this weekend so i can foam it and seal the tray.then start the body work with the hull using thicken epoxy..this is the part i am not excited to do....there be alot of hand sanding....
.............................update.................installed the the cooling tube,exhaust pipe,2in pvc pipe for the oneway scupper and tubbies...still waiting on my drain plugs to seal the tray area....
i got some damage to the cooling tube and i was wondering if u peeps know were i can i purchase a couple of feet off tubes to replace them,what dose the a/m hull use?
what can i used to refoam the tray area i was thinking of using 2 part foam again,but i see people using the insulation foam,so to those that are using the insulation foam how are the foam holding up to the beating we give to our ski????
so i know i wanted to rocker the nose i did alot of reading and looking,researching i was going to do it the hard way...then i was trying to amp myself to start cutting...i just can to get myself to do it...so i started to think florida...jm were i get all my part from...spoke to byeai about the...

didn't like the how the slate on the end off the gunwale so i did another cut and ended up moving the bob hold forward
