Best advice I have is to have another person over to help. If you're all sprawled out, trying to hold and align it, another set of hands can make all the difference in the world. If you install is crooked, it will bother you forever (that's how I am).

Ada girdled head is the way to go. If you are starting with 140psi in a stock head, I'm going to guess 30cc domes will get you close to 190. I believe there is a chart in ADA's website.

It will flat spin 360 with no setup wake. The 900RR is the boss. Also the X-metal trim with the flow ears makes a huge difference.

When riding with the XS guys in Clearwater, their spot is an alligator filled lake that's only 3 feet deep. It seems shallow, but its perfectly fine.
