It looks like a ski T boned this hull, the cracks go all the way through in several places. I trenched and filled the larger ones, and laid 1708 over that. Just not sure how many layers is enough to make up for the weakened area. Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk 2

Either the mating surface on the crank and flywheel is screwed up from the previous sheared keys or your not getting the bolt tight enough. IIRC kawasaki 750's are 94ft/lbs.

Just design a whole new ebox, the yamaha one is :-):-):-):-)ing junk. Yamaha makes some good stuff, but they also make some stuff that makes you wonder who in the hell thought it would be a good idea.
