IIRC 84mm bore is the maximum recommended by most of the engine builders around here before its too thin. Thats around 750cc.

I've had 2 Lisle brand testers, one that was always spot on. Dropped a wrench on it and broke the gauge, so I bought another. The new one reads about 5 psi low for some reason. Accurate enough for me though.

Leave it alone. Its brand new. Ride it till it looks like crap, then paint it.
