Here is some Factory B pipe #"s ET 1107 14.5 comp msd enhancer 44 carbs 125 low 100 mains
TNT replica 6800 rpm 118 hp
B long body pipe same jetting 6800 rpm123 hp also better running midrange more snap.
The reason is the head pipe has 2 90 deg angles with a small radius, too...
As for 200 hp not one will make it not even 1200 or 1400 with a single pipe and this low rpm. 49mm carbs flow as much as a 42mm round slide carb. second a single pipe with a 41 mm stinger will not flow 200 hp sorry. CFM = HP without supercharging it is not possible. A small stinger will make...
Transfer area and flow was a big thing in making power. Making the ports flow was a big part in making power.
2 second pull i did see 124 lbs
Full spec 49's over stock 46's 10 hp in the upper mid to top
from 170 psi domes 14.5 pump to 16.5 190 psi domes make 8 -10 lbs all the way through...
That all depends on hot pipe or cold pipe. long pulls or 2 sec pulls. The hp for freestyle is quick power mostly in the mid from 4000 to 6500 and you also need the over rev up to 7400. HP is not what we need it is tourque! I used my dyno as a tool to find power after small and large changes in...
The 66e cases I think are too heavy. Will make a bit more power but is it worth the weight gain. prob be 30 lbs more with all the other parts that go along to make it work.
Finally got a chance to test the ET 1107 in a hull after 3 months of dyno testing and adjusting port angles. Now that i am happy with the results from the dyno and can't seem to get anymore out of it. Testing starts in Hink's carbon hull 2 days before the the demo ride day Oct 12.
Here is the...
The zip tie is just to show there is flow under the bolt holes. The chunk is my math mistake. Just a prototype.
The dome is also has coolant all around the dome accept where the boltholes are. Also the flow from cylinder into the head is restricted in some areas to make sure the cylinder and...
Had a chance to see the cylinder's internals and have to say nothing held back good port angles. Like the EX Floor angle, good cooling flow. Alot of northern snowmobile tech went into that cylinder. Also it was nice talking to the owner. Have fun!
