I received these yamaha bedplates with a race motor i purchased. Never saw the hull, but was wondering why the moved the motor mount bolt holes. Setback motor? Any real purpose for this?

I am bought this protec 62t/ 61x motor. It came from a race ski. It's bore is 84.5mm on the 61x topend. Group k says 85mm is safe, but i heard 84mm is the limit. The streaks aren't score marks, but i want to be safe since the motor sat for years. Can i get away with honing and new rings or...

Not sure if these have been tried b4, but i think it would be a cool idea to have an adjustable scoop grate. Not really sure how they could be made. Maybe with different slots the crossbar could be wedged into and change able crossbars from short to long, etc. Any thoughts? Doable? Worth doing...

I was going to bore my 61x to 84mm, but found this topend cheap enough. Will these 62t wiseco 84.5mm pistons work? I was told that 85mm is the max for the 61x cylinder, will 84.5mm make the sleeves to thin without resleeving? Are there any differences between the 62t and 61x pistons and ring...

I tried searching with no luck, is there any way to get the blaster limited in the fx-1 hull without to much modding? I have a kart tank already, i can get the pipe cheap. Would it hit hard if it was installed?

Are the 155mm Waveraider Trim setups able to be mounted on the 144mm nozzle? Not sure if the reduction nozzle is similar where the trim bolt up. Anyone?

I've been doing alittle research about pump stuffers. Does anyone use one a kawi 140mm pump.? I have heard good things about the hookup. Not sure if it will help on mine. I have a Skat 15, Ocean pro nozzles, and stubby cone.

I have a 140mm kawi pump in my fx-1 with a straight 15 pitch skat with a stock cone and Ocean Pro nozzle setup. Will i have any issues running my stubby cone on this setup, or will it cavitate? I was told with the bigger op nozzle and short cone it will cavitate alot. Anyone run this setup?
