    Wdk-1200 Failure!!!!!!!!

Have emailed you now, I phoned and emailed Chris when the failure happened and no response. Also didn't mention the spare piston kits, spare o-rings and the billet couplers I haven't received and which were all paid for

    The TRUTH about SJ drypipes

Compression on dry-piped needs to be lower as the dry-pipe charges the cylinder better than a wet-pipe. Most dry-pipes were made for high rpm(shorter) so they will suffer on low-end, spacing the manifold will help the tuned length

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

Riva used to make. I have made my own, with the oem 66e header.

    My 66E (GP800 PV800) conversion / transplant – CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

That manifold EME uses is the same FP manifold for the Polaris Octane dry-pipe. You can split any intake manifold, I used a Kawi R&D and bolted it to an adapter plate to fit mine, pretty easy and works perfect.

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

All the best builders use tsr, make a few calls. Until you use it and understand it, you will have no concept of how good it is.

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

Twin pipes give a broader power peak and make jetting easier as cylinders are totally independent Single pipes give better low-end, can't remember the reason off-hand but you can check with the snowmobile guys, think it has something to do with a more constant temperature Single pipes are...

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

Stock 66E with wdk manifold with a dry-pipe will give sbout 158hp at 6750rpm on stock porting. If you machine the cylinder base 1mm the power stays about same but moves down to 6300rpm.

    800 X2 pipe conversion

Yes you can, that will make it like a FP WB1 Mod-pipe, you will also get reduced noise.

    The Dyno story

Seems like LPW and WDK should start a business teaching people how to milk clients, they would maybe make even more money that way Just my take on things

    Wdk-1200 Failure!!!!!!!!

Have crunched the numbers and have come up with that if I tweak the porting and build a new pipe,I can gain 23hp and move the power peak up 750rpm to 5200rpm. Tried 146mm with 16/21 today, but silicone was not dry enough on pump so picked up cavitation without really seeing what it can do.:nutkick:

Peanut gallery speaks, I hear, only turd-motors by idiots blow-up Don't have specs off-hand but kawi is about 42dia compared to 50dia of 66e

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

Kawi will not work, too small on header compared to exh port size, will cause deto and loss of bottom-end

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

B-pipe manifold/header is a bit small needs porting for 66E

what mods are NEEDED for freeride 66e?

This is from experience with a WB800, gave it huge bottom end, it would jump out of the water from standing start Change carbs to Novis/FS, VF2's and change main part of exhaust. The exhaust is the only relatively hard part, you can use the header up to the first junction and then you need to...
