Yes 64x cases since that are not thru would it be worth blending them in smoothing it out, how about epoxy materials like Devcon, JB Weld or some crap like Alimaloy to fill it in?

Leave as it? / Fix? / Trash? I have these cases sitting around has some pitting on one side of the case, is it worth fixing? is it trashed? or would it be just fine running as is?

I really like how it rides and it performs better then I ever thought it would. Granted I haven't rode many different skis I must say that it is the most stable ski I have ever rode. I have been having a blast riding it so far :) Even my little guy likes it and likes to be pushed around on it :)

I guess I can finally say this is done and so far I am liking it!!

bought a new Rad Dudes SJ exhaust hose.

might have a solution to remedy the exhaust with materials on hand but will need to mock it all up to make sure it will work. yea I know, need to schedule an appointment somewhere, maybe call rosenau and have them do it, can stop there after work since i drive past everyday

Thanks for the info!! I have a gen 1 x-metal waterbox and the hose does not fit that, if the RN is bigger then that then there is no way it would ever fit. I could see the hull side connection being bigger though. if the hose end openings were flipped it would fit perfectly!

BTW, got the water box last night ... man that this is tiny!!!! could be a little less high but very very small!! little bummed though cause new exhaust hose does not fit the water box or the skis exhaust tube? whats up with that!? need to find reducers for and couplers for that now

nope, XP needs a new key programmed for it ...i hope, big purple had about a half gallon of oil sitting in the hull when i took the cover off. Well the oldest and biggest is probably good to go, stupid tank of a ski but its reliable lol.

Here a couple pics of the Bob pods, not a fan of how they are angled down and where they are mounted, its too much leverage on the hull and I don't think it would last with heavy use. plus tray is a little too wide I think. Update: Gel Coated the bottom of the ski last night, needs wet sanding...

wouldn't help any cause i can't lower then any further. Ill see if i can dig up some pics to show.

it's coming along. I got the nose area all reinforced, starting carbon reinforcing engine compartment area. I have the bottom of the hull all sanded and trued and ready for Gel Coat. Gonna remake some new foot holds do some turfing and button everything up and it should be done. I'll grab some...
