no theres not. Kawasaki and Seadoo Had the 38 and 40mm mikuni i body carbs which were very similar to SBN and share the same rebuild kits and jets but different bolt pattern all together. Wetjets were a 61x based single carb and some of them had 46mm carbs from the factory as well.
@Citizen looking at the pictures of the throat bore they cant be much bigger than 40's for what you have on there now. You would be supprised, 8MM doesnt sound like alot untill you hold the base gaskets up to eachother. Ill bet that little intake manifold doesnt have enough material to bore open...
@Citizen Depending on what you end up with carb wise I can help you with some jetting specs. Some carbs like reverse jetting some dont. I was more making a statement that I cant believe it ran . Plus most everyone had covered the differences in between carbs. But ill do it anyways.
3 bolts up...
Or tell your neighbors loud is safe, pulled that card on a guy on the lake that lives by one of the launches we go to. He was totally down with it. Said he never thought of it like that and thanked me for being polite
@tightithrash i can't count how many times I've said it's a cool idea and I think it's great nick is taking it to the next level. Your right im beating a dead horse.
If it works I'll be the first to admit I was wrong
I'll bet Krash just has different engine plates for their hulls that you swap out. I wonder if that power plant will fit in a rickter since it has the sliding mounts. Who's to stop anyone from getting that motor you could just lie and say you have a Krash already
@emcfetr1 your getting super...
No dude I'm saying I think the bottom deck might be different.... to accommodate for the different motor and mounts. I think somewhere it states the kv997 is not available seperate
I don't hate Krash.
I'm not reading any of that nonsence. The Krash motor is 150mm rod spacing. Standard Yamaha is like what 118mm? The kavinci motor is only available with rtr skis so I'm assuming the motor mounts are specific to Krash rtr skis. So @emcfetr1 good luck dropping in your jetmaniac motor if your Krash...
Some people havnt even finished building theirs yet after a long time lol and most are still dealing with little issues here and there and that's just the hull
We live 5 minutes from the lake and I would pay 26$ per day to go somewhere and not get f@cked with by the fish and wildlife officer dick head who likes to ruin our days at the boat launch.
Which is mainly why we stick to the surf and stay away from the flat
Send you parts to tony @ridetrp and have him build you a tigercraft. When you buy a new hull I think you get offered an discount on an aura handlepole as well. Tony has realistic timelines that aren't a far fetched story. You can work with agx designs or racuwerx and make it turkey your own ski...
Tigercraft fvpro from @ridetrp It will be like assembling a superjet on a Sunday afternoon. No beer required
That's awesome, they quit talking to me after a while
