I actually have my AFC tuned pretty good. Burns pretty clean for a dinosaur. Just gotta spend tons of time adjusting preboost and the starwheel, along with changing springs with different spring rates on the AFC arm to change the fueling curve. Right now I'm running 7X.012 sac nozzles, but...

Just pulled apart an old ebox from a stock 650 ski to mod the cdi, but when I pulled out the cdi I noticed it was already modded by protec. Score! Lol. Anyone know which way to turn the dial for the most revs?

A TC lock-up switch will also help when towing. They are easy to wire in too. He would probably wanna go with something simple like the edge with the digital display, since he's not trying to go for big power.

Just ripped up masking tape. Some of them I used 1 1/2" tape and ripped both sides. Some are thinner 3/4" tape with one side ripped, then you put the two straight sides together and leave the ripped side on the edge. Its not to hard, just VERY time consuming.lol

My 12v makes about 600hp and actually cleans up pretty well for a 12v, still have some more tuning to do.
