I finished Mocking up the one way, and drain valves today.. didn't glue anything yet, that's next though.. Then foam, footholds, tray... turf then ride?:eek5:

I feel like this has to be one of the longest builds ever..:stups: that being said, im almost done.. I lost all but one shim for the pump unfortunately, so i got some SS washers from lowes and got it as close as i could.

Alright, so it's been almost another year since I've made any progress on it. Here is where I left off though...

I finished Installing the footholds

Leveled out the warped tray

Re-Foamed the tray

Glassed the tray

Installed the Motor, Electronics and plumbed everything.. (forgot to put the plug wires back on at first)...then proceeded to detonate the Water Box...

In the process of detonating the water box I partially fried the electronics and had an intermittent spark issue.

So I ended up replacing the Entire E-Box & Stator.. and still couldn't get it to work. So I bought a 3rd CDI and replaced it again.. and it fired right up.

So after a lot of trial and error, I was finally able to take out on the Sacramento River and Oroville After Bay for a couple rides without turf.. Ouch..

Nice square! We ride the sac up here all the time also. The afterbay is pretty sweet. First time I ever rode a SJ was there. We should meet up and ride sometime, I got a few buddies that ride also.
