ill assure you mine isnt that neat and will run in salt water. probally only ride once or twice a year in salt at most. heat shrinking all your connections will a little dilecric grease and your good to go.
no corn in $9.00 a gallon vp c12 not a problem for me. a drag racer down the street mentioned i should do a little homework and see if i could make it run in our skis. strictly a money savings idea and this is why im asking questions.
this was my understanding on how to run it. was also told only a few oils will blend with it. hell, we have a couple of old wore out 701s we may try it with.
who has run it and are what is the good and bad? with gas being so expensive, sounds like a good alternative. besides having to drill out a couple of jets, what else would have to be done?
doubt not having a waterbox did that. they are plenty of straight piped skis around here that dont have that problem. hell an xmetal box is almost like being straight piped. water injestion may have been the culprit though, like getting a drink through the carbs.
